Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all 'Murder Mystery' brand tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item Back

  Pack the item securely and ship it to our warehouse address provided by the customer service representative.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once we receive and verify the item, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
